Since our foundation, in 2013, we have had no office. We work in a free and agile way. At DONE!, everyone can organize their work in the way that suits them best. Even a 4-day week is possible with efficient time management and is common practice with us, as we usually have several consultants on one project.

We work without rigid structures. So we also meet internally for lunch or on weekends to discuss things. Or we phone each other in the evening (After Work Talk) and reflect on our projects. Calls with our clients can also happen at 11pm.

Our operational hierarchies are as flat as possible – thanks to a project-based form of organization.

Our teams organize themselves – depending on their seniority. This leads to greater employee participation.

  • Work-life balance

As a manager and mother, I could never work so hard if I didn’t have the opportunity to structure my work as I like. A normal daily routine is that I work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and then check e-mails again from 8 p.m. onwards. So I have time for my private life between 4 and 8 p.m.

Many colleagues have been working for DONE! for years, because you never stop learning through the different projects. This makes the difference from a normal, more rigid employee relationship. Our approach makes sense, so that our employees appreciate cooperation even more.
